Library Technology Use Survey

The Bradford West Gwillimbury Public Library, in conjunction with 6 neighbouring libraries, is evaluating our technology services. We would appreciate your participation in this survey, available online until June 23. Your responses will help us understand how patrons use the library’s technology so it can provide resources and services that are valuable to the community.

The survey will ask you some general questions about how you use the library, the library’s website, and other services and how this may have helped you in your life. The survey will also ask specific questions related to the use of the library’s computers and Internet connection in the following areas: education, employment, entrepreneurship, health and wellness, eGovernment, civic engagement, eCommerce, and social inclusion.

This survey is confidential and does not collect any personally identifiable information. You must provide your year of birth but all other questions are optional, so you are free to not answer any questions you do not want to answer. You must be at least 14 years old to take this survey.

We expect the survey will take 10-15 minutes.

We thank you for helping us undertake this evaluation and thank you for taking this survey!
